Account Manager – Consulting

Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new accounts
  • Develop and manage client portfolios
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Earn customer trust and loyalty by understanding their needs and create value through our solutions and services.
  • Learn, implement, and follow structured sales and account management processes.
  • Understands the company’s capabilities and align customer needs
  • Works closely with the service delivery and pre-sales team to develop proposals and contracts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Success/Account Management/IT staffing and software consulting/services required
  • Ability to build proposals and contracts and meet deadlines
  • Strong experience in working with client PMO’s and procurement teams
  • Outgoing, responsible, detail-oriented, and driven personality
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • People management skills
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
