AI Enablement / Solution Engineer

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Customer Support, Solution Engineering, or AI Enablement roles.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Exposure to Enterprise Platforms such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or similar domains.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
- Exposure to Enterprise SaaS products and platforms.
- Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering background.
- Experience driving AI adoption and customer enablement initiatives.
