Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Customer Support, Solution Engineering, or AI Enablement roles.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Platforms such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or similar domains.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python.
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
  • Exposure to Enterprise SaaS products and platforms.
  • Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering background.
  • Experience driving AI adoption and customer enablement initiatives.
