Sitecore Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore development, .NET, C#, and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sitecore architecture, headless development, integrations, and Agile software development. Experience with PowerShell scripting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based applications and solutions.
• Work with Sitecore architecture, data models, templates, components, configuration, content management, and personalization features.
• Develop custom Sitecore modules, components, and integrations with external APIs and enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain Sitecore headless solutions using JSS, Next.js, and GraphQL.
• Work with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA), Sitecore Content Serialization, Sitecore Cloud platforms, SQL Server, and Solr.
• Develop scalable and high-quality solutions using C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and guide project direction.
• Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and support effective project execution.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and release.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively participate in project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement and maintain version control, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and perform code refactoring when required.
• Ensure adherence to object-oriented design principles, coding standards, and software development best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore data models, templates, components, configuration, content management, and personalization.
• Experience with SXA, JSS, Sitecore Content Serialization, Sitecore Headless, and Sitecore Cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, Next.js, and GraphQL.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience integrating Sitecore with SQL Server, Solr, external APIs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of browser compatibility, cross-browser development, and polyfills.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design concepts and software development methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, code optimization, and refactoring skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and effectively communicate with business partners and customers.
• Strong experience across the complete software development lifecycle, from design through production release.
• PowerShell scripting experience is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
