Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders in executing people strategies that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and support the execution of people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people practices.
  • Drive employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exit management.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, retention strategies, and employee development opportunities.
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and a positive workplace environment.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and HR governance standards.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning & Development teams to deliver seamless HR support.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance and inclusive culture.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR IT Services role.
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and provide business-focused recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms,Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AI Tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.
